Embracing Life by Letting Go: Colon Hydrotherapy & The Emotional Body Book

Embracing Life by Letting Go:
Colon Hydrotherapy & The Emotional Body Book

This book was written for the benefit of colon hydrotherapists seeking to understand the connection between a physical colonic and the emotional body. It also serves as sensitivity training to ensure we as therapists are always respectful to each of our clients, and continue to support their physical and emotional safety during a session.

Since 1996, author Stephanie Kato has been a colon hydrotherapist specializing in the emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of human beings. She views colon hydrotherapy as deep sacred work, especially when combining the different aspects of her clients as they receive a metaphysical colonic. Her sessions offer clients the opportunity to view themselves and their physical issues from these different perspectives. As an author, she hopes to assist others by sharing how she incorporates this metaphysical style, which she created and named –

Iyasu
(“to heal” in Japanese).
