Iyasu Anti-inflammatory N.D.E. Health Program – Transition Program

Most health programs focusing on healing serious illness have the following in common: eliminate flour, sugar, corn, dairy, alcohol, fried foods, starchy veggies, caffeine, etc. This leads me to believe that some of the foods we eat actually contribute to dis-ease. I believe this to be true and the nutritional aspect of Iyasu’s health program is no different. However, I want my clients to be successful in their endeavor to move into health. I am a person who has experienced challenges with my relationship to food and I am very empathetic to those who find embracing certain food restrictions…well, challenging.

Introducing our transition health program! It has been designed to transition our clients into a healthier way of eating as a way of assisting them with a healthier way of living. During the initial consultation, we will discuss the challenges each client believes they may have by participating in the Iyasu N.D.E. Health Program. Then, we will tailor a program to help the client complete the program successfully.

  • Participate in Iyasu’s N.D.E. Program:
    • Anti-inflammatory food lists –
      • We will start by looking at the client’s current diet and ask what aspect of the food list may present a challenge.
      • If the anti-inflammatory diet is one that the client feels they cannot follow and maintain, we will create a transition diet the client feels they can follow. For many clients it might be easier to download the app “Eat Right 4 Your Type” and follow the blood type diet first. This will introduce foods their body can metabolize which may help their digestion and slowly detox their body. As they feel ready, they can start to transition into the anti-inflammatory food lists designed to reduce inflammation. As the client feels better, it is our hope they will feel encouraged to continue with this new, healthy lifestyle.
      • The transition diet includes a food diary to help the client connect with how certain foods, when eaten, can result in their unique physical, mental, and/or emotional consequences. If they want to participate in a metaphysical colonic, we can discuss the emotional aspect of their relationship to food and how it impacts their body/life.
      • Depending on the client, we might suggest a gentle food cleanse to start the program with, which can further assist the client in meeting their health goals and reducing their inflammation.
    • Follow the enzyme protocol as indicated.
      • Enzymes to help the client digest foods that may be impacting their physical health will be discussed and included.
    • Begin with a bio electric lymphatic drainage/colonic combo. Continue both sessions weekly as indicated by the needs of the client’s body.
      • At Iyasu, we believe that when the body detoxes waste material present in the body, it can reduce the cravings experienced by the client, making it easier for them to transition to a healthier lifestyle.
  • Follow Iyasu’s guide to moving the lymphatic system daily. This is very important for healing. We must ensure our lymphatic and elimination systems are functioning properly daily. Sometimes what we believe is fat and weight can be excess water, inflammation, and waste.
  • Some ways to move the lymphatic system are as follows:
    • Breathing deeply throughout the day
      • Detoxing
      • Moves lymph (lungs act as suction pumps to move lymph)
      • Grounding
    • Lymphatic exercises
      • Consider investing in a rebounder (mini trampoline) – this is a great and easy way to move your lymph daily, and it’s fun too!
        • Moves lymph
        • Detoxing
        • Strengthening
    • Exercise
      • Yoga is a great way to move the lymphatic system and stimulate the bowels. It teaches breath work and is a moving meditation.
        • Elevates mood
        • Improves circulation
        • Counters depression
    • Meditation
      • Stress management
      • Connects us to our intuition
      • Offers spiritual guidance
  • We ask our clients to consider taking a metaphysical colonic or metaphysical bio electric lymphatic drainage massage to look at any uncovered, unresolved, or leftover emotional layers and/or beliefs that might be present (subconsciously or unconsciously) and could be contributing to physical discomfort/dysfunction:
    • Mental – do you have any beliefs that you are not worthy/deserving of the health/life you desire? Would shifting your current belief systems support a body/life you would feel happy with?
    • Emotional – are there any layers of emotions that need to come up and out to encourage physical health?
    • Spiritual – are there areas within yourself where trusting fully could enable your body to shift and heal?
  • Be patient with yourself – Often, we eat foods that comfort us in the moment. Eating certain foods can set us up to have negative feelings toward ourselves, and this can create a cycle that keeps us feeling guilty and unworthy. Developing self-love to the point that our lifestyles and food choices reflect this type of self-care can take some time. Things change with time and we will be there to support you through the transition!

“If you’re looking to go deep on many levels, this colonic spot incorporates energy work, essential oils, crystals and aromatherapy.”
