Iyasu Anti-inflammatory N.D.E. Health Program for Vegans/Vegetarians

Vegans and vegetarians may experience a unique challenge with this health program because of the protein element. It is doable; however, it may be necessary to include much of the blood type foods.

I would suggest vegans/vegetarians begin the program by following the blood type diet, excluding any animal protein. Some blood types can handle more dairy than others so I would encourage you to experiment as follows:

  • Blood type – Include both highly beneficial and neutral:
    • Choose foods from both lists and abstain from eating anything on the “avoid” list. Go ahead and eat some grain during this time.
    • Stay on this diet for 3 – 4 weeks, paying close attention to how your body feels, how it affects your mind and also your emotional body.
  • Blood type – include only highly beneficial foods:
    • After the initial period, choose foods from only the highly beneficial lists. Again, notice how it affects all aspects of you.
    • Reduce your grain intake and see how you do. If it is challenging, you can roast rice and take advantage of the altered metabolic change that roasting provides.
    • You might want to journal to keep track of which foods resonate with your body and those that don’t.
  • Anti-inflammatory food list – include all 4 tiers
    • Next, move on to the anti-inflammatory food lists starting with all 4 tiers, then tiers 1-3, then 1 and 2 and finally only 1. You can do this weekly or for a few days – it is totally up to you and what your health goals dictate.
    • If you are choosing this option to encourage weight loss, I would suggest eliminating all grain to see the effect on your body. If this proves too challenging, you can include roasted rice but at this stage, I would eliminate all Ezekiel or manna bread/brown rice pasta.

Enzyme therapy:

  • Depending on your unique symptoms prior to and during participating in the health program, we will determine which enzymes will be the most supportive in reaching your health goals.

Cleansing:

  • Include colonics and bio electric lymphatic drainage massage as a way to ensure that we provide a door for waste and toxic material to exit your body efficiently.
  • It is vital that you are moving your lymphatic system on a daily basis: deep breathing, yoga, dry skin brushing, and rebounding exercises.

Click on any of these subjects to understand the unique perspective that Iyasu offers:

“If you’re looking to go deep on many levels, this colonic spot incorporates energy work, essential oils, crystals and aromatherapy.”
